Whatagraph is the go to B2B SaaS platform for brands and agencies to simplify their marketing data monitoring and reporting. We do that by ingesting all the marketing performance data on the web and providing a birds-eye view of marketing performance in a visual dashboard.

Last year saw us experience some of the fastest growth in the Baltics startup ecosystem, securing $7.2 m in investments. This year our main focus is consolidating our internal processes and focusing on bringing our product to the next level, in order to maximize the strength of our position within the market.

What you will do

  • Manage all demand generation programs (webinars, prospect lifecycle emails, paid advertising) in the company.

  • Develop, execute, and project manage integrated marketing campaigns to generate new and nurture existing opportunities and involve the whole revenue team in the initiatives as needed.

  • Get a deep understanding of our target audience and create landing pages and short-form content that converts.

  • Ensure that demand generation initiatives are forecasted accurately, tracked, and results are clearly reported.

  • Be a champion of experimentation. Set up the experiments at various stages of the buying journey and ensure that the results and learnings are recorded and communicated.

  • Improve top-of-the-funnel conversion rates by optimizing the website, chatbot, and pop-ups.

  • Ensure a smooth lead handoff to sales for all demand-generation initiatives.

  • Work with external paid advertising agency to evolve paid advertising campaigns and creatives.

Job requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, at least 2+ years of them doing Demand Generation at a sales-led B2B SaaS company.

  • Experience with running webinars and setting up email nurture campaigns.

  • Experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, etc).

  • Skill and drive to write short-form content such as social media posts, emails, or webinar landing pages.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with running experiments and A/B tests.

  • Strong data analysis skills and advanced level user of Excel / Google Sheets.

  • Strong communication and writing skills and native-level proficiency in English.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (preferably Pardot).

  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) - an advantage.

  • Experience with marketing analytics/revenue attribution tools such as Google Analytics 4 and Dreamdata - an advantage.

  • Experience in building dashboards with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, Power Bi, or similar - an advantage.

  • Ability to work +/- 2 hours from the GMT+3 time zone.
