Whatagraph is the go to B2B SaaS platform for brands and agencies to simplify their marketing data monitoring and reporting. We do that by ingesting all the marketing performance data on the web and providing a birds-eye view of marketing performance in a visual dashboard.

Last year saw us experience some of the fastest growth in the Baltics startup ecosystem, securing $7.2 m in investments. This year our main focus is consolidating our internal processes and focusing on bringing our product to the next level, in order to maximize the strength of our position within the market.


What we're looking for

In this role, reporting directly to our CEO, you'll play a crucial part in collaborating with, and keeping our sales, marketing, and customer success teams aligned and focused on our common revenue goals. Your efforts will streamline our operations and enable go-to-market teams to make data-driven decisions to accelerate revenue growth.

What you will do

  • Manage Data: oversee the collection and analysis of accurate data from our revenue teams' interactions to extract valuable insights that shape our strategies.

  • Optimize Processes: refine and enhance our revenue funnel: the way we generate leads, manage sales pipelines, and onboard and retain customers to boost our efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Monitor Revenue funnel: keep an eye on key metrics like lead conversion rates and customer lifetime value to pinpoint improvement opportunities and ensure we're on track to meet our financial goals.

  • Forecast and Plan: support the CFO to forecast and plan future revenues.

  • Handle Tech Tools: enable and maintain the technology tools that support our sales, marketing, and customer success teams (e.g. Salesforce, LeanData, Dreamdata, Outreach, Chargebee, Calendly).

  • Continuous Improvement: regularly assess and enhance our revenue operations by staying current with industry trends and technological advancements.


In the first month, expect to:

  • Understand how our revenue-generating teams work and collaborate.

  • Identify key priorities for revenue funnel optimization.

In the first three months, expect to:

  • Have a clear understanding of how the revenue funnel at Whatagraph works.

  • Own the metrics and operations with the revenue funnel.

  • Have built a strong partnership across Revenue teams.

In the first six months, expect to:

  • Improve Customer Journey Visibility and Centricity.

  • Optimize Marketing, Sales and Customer Success processes and collaboration.

In the first year, expect to:

  • Contribute to Revenue Generation and Revenue Retention.

  • Ensure revenue data accuracy.

  • Demonstrate the successful implementation and execution of several new growth strategies and tactics.

Job requirements

  • 2+ years of continuous experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations roles within a tech environment.
  • 2+ years experience with CRM (preferably Salesforce).

  • 2+ years experience with customer billing software (preferably Chargebee).

  • Analytical skills: proficiency in analyzing data and turning it into actionable strategies.

  • Excellent communication skills: collaboration and influencing internal stakeholders, including leadership team members.

  • Organizational skills: lead multiple projects and relationships with different priorities.

  • Presentation skills: good at presenting data in a clear and impactful manner.
