Job description

Who we are and what we do

We empower global digital marketing agencies to make informed, data-driven decisions fast. Using our intuitive platform with out-of-the-box integrations, templates, automation, and robust support, marketing teams efficiently monitor and report their performance in visual dashboards, saving countless hours of manual work.

Our culture is anchored in three core values: Own, Strive, and Care. We prioritize strong ownership and responsibility - those who excel at taking charge and delivering results independently thrive here. As a results-driven company, we focus on outcomes rather than the specifics of where or how you work. Our dynamic, less defined approach isn't for everyone, but if you’re eager to make a real impact and push boundaries, we might be the perfect fit for you.

What we're looking for

We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join our integration team and focus on new API development. This role requires strong hands-on engineering skills and clear communication, both written and verbal, in asynchronous and synchronous settings.

If you come from a tech background, possess exemplary knowledge of cloud-based platforms, and have a deep understanding of software and data engineering (API development, ETL pipelines), this might be the perfect fit for you.

This position is based in Lithuania, with the flexibility to work from home.

What you will do

  • ETL Pipelines and Architecture: Work closely within the Integrations team, in collaboration with the CTO, to envision and build scalable ETL pipelines and efficient low-code architecture.

  • Integration Development and Management: Develop and maintain 3rd party integrations and supporting architecture to a high standard.

  • Code Reviews: Review PRs and architectural decisions with your team to ensure consistency and quality.

  • Technical Development Improvements: Draft RFCs with proposals for future updates and improvements.

  • Integration Quality Assurance: Set and maintain a high, data-backed bar for integration performance metrics and error rates.

What you will need

  • 6+ years in a hands-on engineering role with in-depth knowledge of the PHP/Laravel stack.

  • Previous experience in a SaaS business, preferably in MarTech or Data.

  • Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software engineering, including agile processes, release management, and version control.

  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to dissect complex technical problems into clear, actionable steps.

  • Experience and understanding with various RESTful APIs and caveats of their differences.

  • Experience with data warehouses and ETL architecture.

  • Fluency in English.

What you will get

  • A gross salary: 4,700 - 6,700 EUR/month, depending on experience.

  • A product that grows: We are big believers in creating what matters. Our platform keeps evolving to enable marketing professionals to understand their performance data and with regular exciting new feature additions you will be at the forefront of creating new value to our growing customer-base.

  • A role where you will grow: You’re in charge of your own growth here, and will have full freedom to focus where you prefer. Your manager will also support you via regular performance reviews, 1:1s, and help you set actionable growth goals.

  • Share in the company's success: Opportunity to participate in our Employee Stock Ownership Program.

  • Emotional and physical well-being: Quality medical care when you need it with our private health insurance. Paid wellness days to keep your well-being in check.

  • An international environment: You’ll work within a global team spread all over Europe and Africa, be it Dublin, Nairobi, Vilnius, or Warsaw.

  • A flexible work environment: You’ll enjoy flexible working hours, hybrid work policies, offices in Vilnius and Klaipeda, and a work from anywhere policy. When you choose to work onsite, coffee, snacks, and new office space (in case you’ll work from Vilnius) and a sea-spirit (in case you choose to work from Klaipėda) will await you.

  • A top tier tech stack: You’ll have full access to the software necessary to enable your success.

Hiring process

  • A 1-hour video call with Artūras, our CTO, to review your background and assess the fit between the position, the company and your skills and expectations.

  • A home assignment to assess your code quality, communication clarity, and ability to make decisions based on incomplete information.

  • An online team interview + assignment debrief to discuss your approach to the assignment and to further explore your technical skills and team fit.

  • Reference check to get in-depth insights into your work style and how we can better support you in your role.

  • Offer and welcome onboard!
