Whatagraph is the go to B2B SaaS platform for brands and agencies to simplify their marketing data monitoring and reporting. We do that by ingesting all the marketing performance data on the web and providing a birds-eye view of marketing performance in a visual dashboard.

Last year saw us experience some of the fastest growth in the Baltics startup ecosystem. We secured $7.2 m in investments, and saw our team grow from approximately 50 at the start of the year to roughly 100 today. This year our main focus is consolidating our internal processes and focusing on bringing our product to the next level, in order to maximize the strength of our position within the market.

Our Sales Organization is ground zero for a B2B SaaS sales career - simply put there is no other place in the city, which will fuel your growth in sales as fast as we will. We don’t settle for average when we hire and best in class sales talent is who you are or you’ll become. People in our team come from different walks of life whether it’s Google, SimilarWeb, Dell etc. to help you grow as an individual using global industry practices and frameworks.

We’re a team of sharp and hungry individuals clocking in hundreds of conversations weekly with people around the globe and we pride ourselves in our ability to turn hot leads into thousands of dollar deals, which fuels our paychecks at the end of the month. What you will do

  • Contact hundreds of global marketing agency professionals daily.

  • Understand the pain points and needs of their business and offer Whatagraph as the solution.

  • Book demonstrations and hand over potential clients to Client Partners.

  • Qualify leads and ensure correct contact details.

  • Participate in regular team training meetings.

  • Gross salary: €1,700-1,900 gross/month with uncapped commission (approximate On-target earnings €2,900 gross/month).

  • A flexible work environment: Work with us remotely or onsite in our offices in Lithuania. If you choose to work onsite, coffee, snacks, and new office space (in case you’ll work from Vilnius) and a sea-spirit (in case you choose to work from Klaipėda) will await you. After passing probation, you’re entitled to 91 consecutive days of working from anywhere, even space. As long as the wifi there’s good.

Job requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills.

  • At least 1 years’ experience working in B2B SaaS Sales.

  • Motivation to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills via phone and email.

  • Strong work ethic.
