We’re looking for a rising SEO Manager to help scale our organic growth globally. We've recently moved to PLG motion that opens us a lot of opportunities for SEO impact. This is your chance to own key SEO initiatives, experiment with cutting-edge strategies, and grow into a senior role. You’ll tackle everything from keyword research and technical SEO to link building and future-proof SEO trends—making a direct impact on our brand’s visibility and performance worldwide.
Our culture is built on Own, Strive, Care. We celebrate ownership, curiosity, and impact. If you’re proactive, thrive on challenges, and want to shape how marketing teams see and act on their data, this is your playground at Whatagraph.
What You’ll Do
Organic search & growth strategy – Analyze keyword search data, competitor performance, and industry landscape to identify new opportunities. Define SEO strategies that increase organic visibility and traffic.
Off-page SEO – Identify pages to build backlinks for, and build and manage link acquisition campaigns. Coordinate with freelancers or tools for outreach execution.
On-page SEO – Optimize page titles, metadata, internal links, and content structure for target keywords and improved ranking performance.
Technical SEO – Run regular technical audits, fix crawl and indexing issues, and maintain site health.
Future trends & GEO optimization – Stay on top of algorithm updates and industry changes. Identify and implement future-proof strategies to improve GEO visibility.
AI & process automation – Experiment with AI tools to automate and streamline certain SEO tasks.
What We’re Looking For
3+ years hands-on experience across on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and keyword strategy.
Proven success in driving measurable organic growth (traffic and revenue).
Deep technical expertise: crawl management, schema, and international SEO.
Experience in B2B SaaS, preferably with PLG motion, and US-focused SEO.
Familiarity with GEO optimization and tracking.
Proficiency in SEO tools: GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, Google Tag Manager, Bing Webmaster.
Exposure to AI-driven SEO tools and automation.
Strong ownership and drive for results.
Proficiency in English.
Nice to have: Digital PR, community SEO, or large-scale outreach experience.
Your mission for the first 6 months
Grow traffic & visibility – Boost sessions, impressions, GEO reach, and key topic rankings.
Fix & maintain site health – Resolve crawl errors, redirects, and maintain site health >90%.
Optimize content – Refresh underperforming pages and provide on-page SEO guidance.
Build authority – Secure backlinks and establish repeatable outreach processes.
Work smarter – Automate repetitive SEO tasks to save time and scale impact.
Your wins = visible impact. Traffic, rankings, authority, and site health all improve because of you.

Clear growth potential toward Senior SEO
